What is the Redmond Rewards program?
Redmond Rewards is our loyalty and referral program. You earn points by shopping on our site, referring us to family and friends, following us on social media, or connecting with us in other ways. You can redeem your points for discounts on your favorite Redmond products. It’s our way of saying thanks for allowing us to share in your journey!
Does it cost money to join?
Nope. Membership is free!
Who can join Redmond Rewards?
Anyone who is 18 or older can join the Redmond Rewards program.
How do I become a rewards member?
To become a Redmond Rewards member, simply create an account on our website by providing your email, name, and a password here. Once your account is active, you’ll automatically start earning points on every purchase. Note: Placing an order does not automatically create an account—be sure to watch for an activation email to set a password and activate your account to start earning points.

How do I earn points?
You’ll earn points with every purchase you make! You can also earn points by following us on social media, referring friends, sharing feedback on our products, and more. Check out all of the ways you can earn points here!
Can I earn points for purchases I made before I joined?
Nope. You only start earning points after you create an account on our website and officially join the program.
How do I know if points have been added to my account?
YYour points are added to your account once your order ships. You can track your point balance and reward history in your account dashboard.
If I return my items, do I lose my points?
- When you return items, points and any funds used for the purchase may be refunded. Refunds are handled by our Customer Service team, so the amount returned can vary. Please contact Customer Service (https://redmond.mom/pages/contact-redmond.mom) for assistance with your return. .
Do points expire?
They do. If you don’t earn or redeem points for 12 months, your account will be considered inactive, and your points will expire.
Where do I track my points and progress?
You can track your Redmond Rewards history and member status by logging in to your account and viewing your account dashboard..
Can I lose my current tier status?
Yes. Our Tiers are based on spending. Once you enter a new tier, you’ll stay in that tier for 12 months. If you don’t spend enough during those 12 months to stay in your current tier or upgrade to the next tier, you’ll move back to the tier that matches your spend within the last 12 months..
Can I change the email address associated with my account?
Yes! You can update the email address on your account by contacting our Customer Service (link https://redmond.mom/pages/contact-redmond.mom) team, and they’ll help make the change for you.
I forgot to add my reward at checkout! Can I add it after I’ve ordered?
Absolutely! Reach out to our customer service team, and we’ll be happy to help you out.
Can I earn points by buying products from other places besides your website?
- You can only earn points by purchasing directly from our website.
How long does it take for points to show up on my account?
The points you earn with each purchase are updated in your account once your order ships. The Points you earn by referring us, following us on social media, or by connecting with our brand in other ways should immediately show up in your account. If you were supposed to receive points and haven’t, please reach out to our customer service team!
What do I get for being in each rewards tier?
Life Rewards tiers help you earn points faster. Every customer starts in our first tier, the Salty tier. In this tier, you will earn one point for every dollar spent, or a 10% return! There are two additional tiers that you can earn, Saltier and Saltiest, based on how much you spend in a calendar year. If you spend $100 within a year, you'll earn the Saltier tier, which gives 1.25 points for every dollar spent. If you spend $250 within a year, you'll earn the Saltiest Tier and earn points at 1.5 points per dollar spent.
How can I redeem my points?
Redeeming your points is easy! Simply log in, shop, and then use the Rewards dropdown at checkout to redeem your points and apply the discount to your order.

Are all products eligible for earning and redeeming points?
Most products are eligible for the rewards program unless otherwise stated on the product listing. If you have questions about a specific product, our customer service team is happy to help.
