Kebabs Three Ways: Beef, Chicken, and Veggie
Nothing says summer quite like food on a stick, especially when it’s seasoned with Redmond Real Salt Seasonings and fired on the grill. Kebabs are an easy way to elevate simple ingredients. Whether you love juicy steak, smoky chicken, or zesty veggies, these can be mixed and matched to please everyone in your crowd. Add a simple homemade sauce, and you’ve got a meal that’s fun and flavorful.
Redmond Wasatch Steak Kebabs w/ Garlic & Herb Butter

Ingredients:

2 lbs. Redmond Farms sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch pieces
-
1 large yellow or sweet onion, cut into 1-inch pieces
-
24 cherry tomatoes
-
2 1/2 Tbsp. Real Salt Wasatch Steak Seasoning
Instructions:
-
If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for at least 30 minutes before assembling.
-
In a bowl, toss steak with avocado oil and 2 Tbsp. of the Wasatch Steak Seasoning.

Thread skewers, alternating steak, onion, and cherry tomatoes.
-
Grill over medium heat for 9–12 minutes, turning occasionally, until steak reaches desired doneness.

During the last 2 minutes, sprinkle with the remaining 1/2 Tbsp. of seasoning.
Garlic & Herb Butter
Ingredients:

2 sticks butter
-
5 cloves garlic, minced
-
1/2 bunch parsley, chopped
Instructions:
-
In a small pot over low heat, combine butter, garlic, and garlic salt.

Simmer for about 3 minutes, until fragrant.
-
Stir in chopped parsley just before serving.
Redmond Red Rocks BBQ Chicken Kebabs

Ingredients:

2 1/2 lbs chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces
-
2 medium red onions, cut into 1-inch pieces
-
2 1/2 Tbsp. Real Salt Red Rock BBQ Seasoning
-
2 Tbsp. avocado oil, or any high-heat cooking oil
Instructions:
-
If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for at least 30 minutes before assembling.

In a bowl, toss chicken with avocado oil and 2 Tbsp. of the Red Rock BBQ Seasoning.

Thread skewers, alternating chicken and onion pieces.
-
Grill over medium heat for 10–15 minutes, turning often, until chicken is fully cooked.

During the last 2 minutes, sprinkle with the remaining 1/2 Tbsp. of seasoning.
Quick Homemade BBQ Sauce
Ingredients:

1 cup ketchup
-
1/2 cup brown sugar
-
2 Tbsp. Redmond Farms raw honey
-
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
-
1 tsp. onion powder
-
1 1/2 tsp. paprika
-
3/4 tsp. Real Salt Organic Garlic Salt
-
3/4 tsp. Real Salt Organic Onion Salt
-
1/2 tsp. Real Salt Smoked Salt
-
1/2 tsp. cracked black pepper
Instructions:
-
Combine all ingredients in a pot and bring to a boil.
-
Once boiling, reduce heat and simmer for about 3 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent burning.
Redmond Chili Lime Veggie Kebabs w/ Cilantro Crema

Ingredients:
-
1 large zucchini
-
1 large yellow squash
-
1 red bell pepper
-
1 yellow bell pepper
-
1 orange bell pepper
-
16 cherry tomatoes
-
1 large white onion
-
2 1/2 Tbsp. Real Salt Chili Lime Seasoning
-
2 Tbsp. avocado oil
-
Crumbled Cotija cheese for garnish

Cilantro for garnish
Instructions:

If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for at least 30 minutes before assembling.

Cut all vegetables into 1-inch chunks.
-
In a large bowl, toss the veggies with avocado oil and 2 Tbsp. of Chili Lime Seasoning.

Thread onto skewers.

Grill over medium heat for 8–10 minutes, turning often, until veggies are tender with grill marks.

During the last 2 minutes, sprinkle with the remaining 1/2 Tbsp. of seasoning.

Top with crumbled Cotija, fresh cilantro, and a spoonful of Cilantro Crema.
Cilantro Crema
Ingredients:
-
16 oz. sour cream
-
1 bunch cilantro
-
1 lime, zest and juice
-
1 tsp. Redmond Real Salt Kosher
Instructions:

Blend all ingredients in a food processor until smooth.
